Serious bubbleguts!?
For the past four days I have felt like I had diarrhea and when I get to the toilet hardly anything happens. My stomach will churn like hot butter and I feel like I REALLY have to go and when I get to the bathroom - minimal.
What does this sound like and what can I do?

Take a stool softener at night, and see if you go normally in the morning.
It also sounds like you need some exercise and fiber to get things "flowing" normally through your bowel. Eat more fruit, veggies, nuts & grains.
