Which U.S. government department gets more money, DoD or HHS?

I would hope defense since that is actually the Federal government's primary responsibility...........

We spend over 50% of the entire World's defense budget, which shows how out of control our military spending is. We should slash the defense budget and eliminate our budget deficit. As for HHS, every $ that is spent preserving life instead of taking it is money well spent. Until then, we won't have a "culture of life".

HHS operates on less than the Commerce Dept. incentive payments to corporations who advertise in Europe, and the total of all "entitlements" paid is less than goes to the Cargill Corporation alone.
