i dont think so..
as mostly indians prefer 100% natural birth + the doctors have patience there and the women are determined enough to take it to avoid the side effects..
and mostly in all good hospitals must have them.

ya nowadays its the norm..but only when the doc has said tht the baby wil be delivered thru C-sec.....in normal delivery mostly ppl dun take anything
