Do cops in England have a right to?

electrocute their citizens with tasers?

Update:

9D4kHP - I guess present day cops don't know how to subdue people without zapping them. It's the lazy cop syndrome, like putting cameras at intersections instead of actually going out and catching someone in the act.

There are no police anywhere who have tasers that electrocute people. Your very question indicates a lack of knowledge as to how the taser works. I've seen videos where the cops get tasered in their training.

None of them die, which electrocution would kill you.

You are such a great expert, why don't the police call you to subdue violent criminals, please share your expertise with this subject...

    Im pretty sure they don't

across most of the country the regular police like the ones you see walking on the street, don't even usually carry guns.
