In order for people to answer you a little better you need to be more detailed about what kind of surgery you are thinking about. Obviously removing a tumor from the brain is riskier and going to cost more than removing a tumor from a foot. Give more details and maybe someone can tell you what it costs in their area. But you also need to factor in insurance, if you don't have insurance it's going to cost a ton more.

Depends, what kind of surgery is it? And usually insurance could cover the costs.

Depends on what type of cancer surgery? In any case that sounds very cheap! I had chemo and radiation without surgery for my lung cancer. The chemo and radiation alone cost around $250,000.00

There are so many types of cancer and so many doctors available through out the country that this question can not be answered.
I wish you the best.

it's free.
Or at least, I got it done for free. Insurance covers it....
