What does it cost to park overnight at Finch subway stop in Toronto?
Is this even possible? I'm working in Markham - will have a rental car, and I am trying to figure out how to handle the travel from a hotel downtown (Renaissance near the Rogers center) to the office I'll be working at in Markham (or whether to stay in Markham, but my manager will be working downtown all week and would like me nearby.)
My options, I think are
1. Rent a car and drive in and out every day. Admittedly against traffic, but I'm not crazy about this.
2. Rent a car, and drive between Finch and the office in Markham, leaving the car near Finch from about 6 PM to 8 AM every day
3. Don't rent a car, and take a cab back and forth from Finch.
4. Tell my boss I'm sorry, but I'll sleep in Markham.
What are the pros and cons of these approaches?

The best plan is to take the Go Train from Union Station north. Union is close waling distance from your Hotel.

Also, use the schedule finder to figure out train times, since you will be going counter rush hour, there are less trains:

There is free parking overnight at all Go Station lots (whereas subway stips like finch start charging in the morning). Plus the Go Train goes much farther North than the subway.

Union station. From there it is an easy walk, or you can take the streetcar (#509 or 510)
