Try Kayak.com, it searches all of the airline and travel websites, always providing the lowest fares. I have used kayak on multiple occasions and it is excellent. Be sure to double check on the airline websites, just to be sure that the one listed on Kayak is the lowest.

Give Kayak.com a shot. It compiles with prices from the websites of difference carries so you won't have to check each individual website. As far as discount sites go, try orbitz because their website is really easy to use.
