I need help with finding the title of a movie.?
There was a movie I watched on TV a couple of years ago and have searched the interweb without prevail. It had to do with a peat fire burning a gigantic hole underneath a city and they had to fill it in with this "revolutionary" foam that expanded like 20 times its size and then hardened. Toward the end of the movie the guy gets trapped in the hole and has to pump this foam in with him still down there but ends up escaping. Does anybody remember this movie and more importantly the title. PLEASE HELP! this has been bugging me for quite some time. Please and thanks.

I do remember this movie and I'm trying to find the title. (I don't remember the name either) I thought the guy might of been Lorenzo LLamas, but the more I think about it, the more I think Not. Anyway,.wasn't it supposed to take place in New Orleans?
