Don't you hate it when that happens? Shut the water off, plunge the heck out of it, and turn the water back on. Don't forget to brush your teeth, toilet water is nasty! lol

What is your head doing in the toilet? ~lol~ You need to flush the toilet, then once it flushes, shut the water off by the toilet. Do the necessary repairs, then turn the water back on.

eeeeeewwww!!!! take your head out of the toilet bowl first, then shut off the water valve behind the toilet. this is the second question about toilets in the make-up section.
