I don't think it is the correct translation
I found this poster beside Juru toll plaza, penang, north-south highway
I think:
truth is 'kebenaran', not telus
honour is 'penghormatan' not 'jujur'
respect is 'hormat', not 'ikhlas'
for me,
telus = transparency
jujur = honest
ikhlas = frank
orchid,
at this moment no because Pak Ungku oredi give her duit raya :-)

Its obvious for anyone who knows English and Malay would find it as an incorrect translation...
Don't want to comment further, cos' its a 'common' thing for things to become 'mistranslated' from Malay to English or vice versa by some people...
