aerobics or gymming? confused :( help !!?

im 24 yrs old .. i used to gym before n used to enjoy it a lot .. i was off gym for a few months . now i intend to start exercising again. which is better for weight loss? gym or aerobics? some say aerobics is better. im confused

    You need aerobic exercise as well as strength training. Do them alternately...

    Aerobics burn more calories on spot, but resistance training builds strength and burns more overall calories at the end of the day.
