do or get a compression and leakdown test done. this will tell you the status of the engine. if its lost significant compression or it cant hold its compression, its rebuild time.
otherwise, it could be a malfunctioning pcv valve, a leaky rocker cover seal or loose oil filler cap, loose oil filter. start with a full steam clean of the engine and start looking there

check the pcv valve for it,this may be getting stopped up or going bad,and that will cause it to do that ,that's about the only things i can think of on it,its too new to need a re-build and with just 80 thousand on it,it should be in really good shape,id check the pcv valve ,that sounds like it might be the problem,if thats not it have a shop take a look at it,the may be able to help you find it,good luck with it.

call your local ford dealer,,,I was told my 03 f150 was built to "use" 1 quart every 3000 miles!!! they could not explain to me how or where it went but the makers made them that way!! and yes,, every 3000 miles i had to add a quart!!!! no signs of leaks or anything,, no smoke,,, nothing

it sounds like you may need to tear down the engine and rebuild it. save yourself the trouble and just get rid of it.
