    It depends - are you paying for it yourself or getting it through your work? Lots of folk love Blue Cross/Blue Shield...I've never been a huge fan though. I have had great luck with Harvard Pilgrim - you can choose your doctor, hospitals, etc. They also offer lots of wellness incentives - discounts for gyms, weight watchers, etc.
