    in slang , what they call a peeping tom . the somewhat perverse person doesnt want to participate in sex , as much as to watch . yet voyeurism is part of our culture , the paris hilton sex tape , and any ad for cars with a half naked female draped across it . its all the public participating in voyeurism .
