Do you have a Sausage Roll recipe with fluffy topping?
I had this last year at a Christmas party and never got the recipe. The topping was very light and fluffy, I'm thinking it may be cream cheese/sour cream/ricotta cheese. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and have a recipe?

The exact recipe will remain a mystery as there are so many variations for sausage rolls. You can make them anyway you choose, the sausage of your choice,i.e. (pre-cooked) breakfast sausage, lamb sausage, Italian sausage, etc, a cheese of your choosing, cheddar, jack, Havarti, cream cheese, you name it, add some onions and or bell peppers, the key to your Q is the crust "fluffy topping" is actually pre-make puff pastry (biscuits) dough you get at the maket layed out, assembled and baked pre biscuit instructions.
