Is the iMac worth the price?
How long has the iMac been in the market? I would rather wait for the new line if there is one on the way. I am new to Apple, and would like to buy one for home movies editing.
Thanks for the help!

That would depend on which iMac you were refering to. The original Bondi Blue iMac ran a G3 Motorola processor and was first released in May 1998
The next iMac design was the Sunflower design (White dome with flat LCD) released in Jan 2002
followed by the G5 iMac in August 2004 which ran an IBM PPC chip. This was then upgraded in May 2005 with a few design modifications followed by another update in October with the release if the iMac with built in iSight. The Intel iMac was released in Jan 2006 and don't forget the recent arrival of the Aluminum iMac ....
So which one were you referring to?
And yes they are good value especially where home movies are concerned.

i'm like 3 years previous due yet in any case right here it is going: opposite to commonly used theory, a Mac is appropriate for gaming! as long because it has a dedicated photograph card. you could deploy domicile windows by using BootCamp honestly and it will artwork precisely the type you opt for for it to possibly even greater beneficial. So definite an iMac is truly worth it!
