How can I register a complaint with Yahoo?

A relative with a grude guessed my password and went into my e-mail account and deleted some personal pictures and e-mails. I know it was him because the only lost items in my files pertained to him and his family. No one else has a reason to do that. I am so tired of his harassment which he is suffering no consequences for and I need to do something.
