Should I get a flexible spending account through my employer?
My employer is currently having open enrollment for benefits and they offering a flexible spending account. I am interested in it but worried that I will lose everything at the end of the year. Any tips, experiences or ideas? I'm open...Thanks!

Take adavantage of that great benefit. Look back over the years and see what you spent on healthcare. If you are worried, then guess a little lower than that.
If you usually meet your deductible every year, start with that amount.

The are good but only if you are sure that you use all that you have deducted. It is sometime hard to determine so go less than more.
