What country created the first flag?
I'm trying to find out what country created the first flag & then the order of the rest. As well as the origin of the flag. Why was it even created? All that kind of stuff. I've looked online but can't find anything. Thanks!

This is strictly a guess here, and based on no actual known fact, but my theory is that it started as a tribal thing and was probably related with battles over the years.
