Probably a mixture of both... I'd let the coaching staff ride out the season and then - if things don't change- send them packing. The players should have another chance with a new coaching staff.

bring in norv as ur o cordinator again. u went from a decent offense to almost the worst. thank the dolphins or the niners are the shame of the nfl

Absolutely. Them too. Fire the whole bunch and hire the homeless to replace them. SF has plenty.
