Are you planning to marry inside the U.S. or in her home country? If you marry inside the U.S., the following answers apply.
If you are a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident, you'll need to file Form I-130, which is a relative petition.
If you are a U.S. citizen, she can file Form I-485.
If she wants to work, she may file Form I-765. She is under no obligation to work if she doesn't want to.
The instructions on these forms will tell you what else needs to be submitted in support of the applications.
There will be fees to be paid at the time the applications are submitted.

After you get married you must file an I-130, I-485, I-785 and G-325 with the CIS. The cost to file will be about $1,300.
She'll get a work permit in about 60 to 90 days. It will take about a year to get the green card. If she has to leave the US before the green card arrives she needs to file an I-131.
