dear Mr.Arasan,
Bangla desh is basically a triangular BAY. any cyclonic wind sufficiently with high speeds, do go rock the mountains and continue in northeast direction.since himalayan mountains have added ice to large areas r hard and reflected wind might have taken a direction northwards.(guided)
