Who thinks these ads are stupid?

Yup ... they really are stupid...... like drive smart? Like do as I say and not as I do ... like the government! Like those stop smoking ads , then you get coupons in the mail ...geesh it is like what the government does to people. What are the one where the women are talking about the pill or what pad they use ... please me and my friends never talked about that ..... it was about the guys..LOL . You can give your children knowledge , tools, and a happy life ... once they leave the nest it is up to them what they do. Some children don't have a happy life or have parents that teaches them tools, let alone knowledge and they make choices too. Some are good and some are bad ... like adults do. It is one's own mistakes that suppose to teach one a lesson ... some are smart enough to learn and some are stuck in an endless path of destruction. They all have a choice, they have a chance of learning or not, they will do as they want. We as parents can be there to talk to and pick up the pieces and to comfort. A part of growing up is making mistakes. You can tell a child all day long what is bad, what not to do and why, but the end result , is you trust that you have taught them what it takes to make them the smarter better person. The children that have to learn it from the street with no guideness are amazingly smart children with a taste to be all they can be and to survive. I think children with parents that care to stick around and be there and love them and help no matter what ..... have the best chance of making right choices. So do some of the amazing children that don't!

"Drink responsibly"

that's the last thing booze companies want people to do. They get their profits when people drink and drink. It's the same with tobacco companies. And the kids rarely listen. When they have to face peer pressure they forget everything their parents tell them.

Yeah I agree its kinda dumb, I dont think anyone ever listens
