when i log on to Yah,answers the language bar is always on english ? and sinapore, i have to go down and hit usa before it will change,

Check out your Yahoo account profile, make sure you had chosen Yahoo USA if that is your preferred one. You will be directed to specific country Yahoo Answers page upon logging in to Yahoo.
If you checked out your profile, and nothing is wrong with your options yet the wrong country opens up upon logging in, you may wish to contact CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. There might be some bugs involved in the the process.
