    Just like with steel just use lower temperatures.

    First heat the metal. Let it cook for a while without melting it. Then, quench it with water. That makes it harder yet brittle. So heat it again and cool it slowly. The slower the cooling process the better. Don't forget though aluminum is very malleable by nature so your results are going to be limited.

    The factories use large ovens. Sorry, but I can't remember any of the temps we used. I do remember that there were at least 4 different temps and several different time lengths that were used to get different results.

    Medicated lotions. Jergens and Vaseline both have a good one. Some need to see a dermatologist can also be psoriasis. Good Luck
