You just need to wait a little over 4 hours,after that a blue 'choose as best answer', box will appear, then you can go back to the question and choose the one you like.

If you USED to be able to and now can not, you may possibly have a corrupt cache file -- it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. Try this: clear your history, temporary files (these will take a while!) & cookies, restart the computer and retry. I'm assuming that you mean the 'thumbs-up/down' feature for that, which at Level 5 you should be able to do. If you mean choosing a Best Answer, you need to wait a minimum of 4 hours after posting to be able to do that.
