Trusts and Edward Jones?
My question is, my son and I both have trusts left by my husband. My son came up with the idea of pooling our moneies and putting them in Edward Jones. Edward Jones says, he can keep our trusts separtrate and still use it as one account. Does anyone out there know if this is legal?

I would contact the lawyer you have to go over each section in simple english , after all your money would then be paying for this service wisely. Why just sign papers you have no idea what it really is saying? Get your monies worth ... make an appt. and get your lawyer to explain each section. It is part of his job that your money is paying for! That is what I would do!
