It depends on the quality of the MBS:
1. An MBA from a top 15 school will generally lead to several six figure offers. In LA, UCLA is the only school that fits this category/
2. An MBA from a ranked school outside the top 15 will help you increase your salary dramatically and be worth the cost of tuition. In LA, USC fits into this category -- and that is about it.
3. An MBA from a school that is not ranked will do nothing more for you than an undergraduate degree in business. It will probably not be worth getting unless someone else is paying for it.

It always helps to have higher education. If you want to achieve higher goals in a certain sector, (accounting or finance), then it is a must have. If you are in marketing or sales that is a lot more open sector then you must see if the pleasure is worth the pain. I pay $350 per month for 13 years. An increase in pay per month should come in way over that. If it does then it is worth it....even if not required per employer.

I work for a big Company in AZ and they seem to worship the little college people that have them, but then no one does any work, so eventually we will end up in the crapper since no one is working,
but if I had it to do over again, I would get it, might as well if you are young or old enough, and have the time,
