leg ache after aerobics?
i have been doing aerobics from the past one month. i have noticed that i have a dull ache in my left leg after i do aerobics n it persists till night n it disappears in the morning n i get this ache again after i exercise . i do not have any problem with my shoes . what could be the reason behind this ?? any suggestions??

Before any exercise you have to warm up the muscles with gentle stretches. After any strenuous exercise you should always "warm down". Again using gentle stretches is one method.
