Actually it really depends on "WHERE" you live.
Being that you didn't provide that information any answers are totally irrelevant.
All you have to do is call your local tax office for the information.
We don't even know what country you live in.

simply using the residence as a primary residence. Go to county tax accessor's office and file form.

Contact your county assessor and ask what you need to do where you are.
