So you asked (exactly) "What did you get for Christmas?" You must've gotten a violation notice. If that's all there was to it, then follow the link given to you in the violation email to appeal it. Then if/when that doesn't work, post here:

Don't be rude or nasty. Just give precise facts and details to state your case. I've gotten violations overturned and received back points that were taken away.

Which means that not only your valid question, but my brilliant answer got yanked.
More proof that the reporting system is totally useless and unfairly administered.
And yes, given the most common definitions of "Humbug" in the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, it's an exactly accurate term for them.
"1 a: something designed to deceive and mislead b: a willfully false, deceptive, or insincere person
2: an attitude or spirit of pretense and deception."
But they aren't a mint flavored hard candy popular in Britain.
When you ask this type of question, don't forget to block anyone who defends the validity of the reporting system. They're reportitrolls. And do it before this question gets yanked.
Edit: You're Right, Dapper, they really do suck.
