What is the best way to deal with difficult neighbors who live under you in an Apartment?
I am a new resident at a apartment complex that I just moved into. I live on the top floor above a resident that harasses me constantly about me being loud in my resident whenever I play music or have friends over which I don't do to often out of respect for other residents who live in the same building. The resident below me knocks on my door every day for more than 15 minutes aggressively and rudely. Even has approached me directly. I am always polite and understanding with the resident but they are finding any kind of noise like me walking through the house to complain about and I am sick of them approaching because they throw parties everynight with loud music, have three cats that roam outside, makes bowel movements on the porch in front of my door, and has put scratches on my brand new car. How do I deal with these people with out getting into conflict with them because they are really making me uncomfortable in my new apartment. I do
not want to deal with them directly either.

I even have been the place u have been and u purely gotta stay with it yet shop on complaining and need and pray they flow away.

Drill a 3/4 inch hole thru the floor and put a running garden hose in on full blast, the landlord will get so fed up that they keep "overflowing the bathtub" he will put out an eviction notice for em. HOPE THIS HELPS, --IC

Next time he knocks on your door, invite him in and offer him a cup of coffee, coke, or whatever. Then tell him you admire his music collection. Ask him if he wants to be friends. :)
