How do i........?
Become a singer. I know a lot of people ask this question, but i am really serious about this. I have loved singing since i was little. I have been in a very good childrens choir, and i lead the songs at my church. I live in a small town in Michigan so i don't know how to be discoved, plus i don't have the money for an agent. Any ideas??????

well, i think you really need to put a whole lot more effort on it. maybe you might need more exposure. try joining amateur singing contests. when you see a good opportunity, just grab it. as long as your parents agree. if you really got what it takes, you'll definitely make it good. just don't forget to practice everyday to enhance your talent. =)

First off, agents do not cost money. They are free. They only make money when you do and thats like 10 percent or something like that. Never pay for an agent or those stupid audition websites.
Now, go get an agent if you believe that you are marketable and make sure that agent knows you are going to make money -- he wont sign with you unless he knows he will make a profit.
Get glamor shots, they are expensive but you will need them in the long run. build up your resume.
