I want to help my lil' sister but?
Ok she has a 'barbie girls'. She got it for christmas and was overjoyed. She tried to go online, she got all the way to the entering a world part, but after she clicked it it said "oops, your session has finished, please sign in again". I tried to help her but it didn't work. Any of you guys have a solution.
P.S. We plugged it in and downloaded it and everything...
O yeah, and we did sign in again, but the same thing happened.

Go to where it was bought, and ask them what could be wrong. Or, Is there like a tech support number on the back? If so, try that. Hope this helps.
