No, Ihave not seen a black duck tape wallet and I am absoutely sure I would have noticed....AND remembered such an item. Quite unique.
I have heard of people using ginko biloba for their memory, but no one was absolutely told me that it works. I have also heard a friend of mine swear that taking several tablets of vitamin E every day works for memory and claims it does improve it.
Hmmmmm......black duct tape wallet?.....
Good luck!

Once upon a time, I knew this Warcraft playing Hawaiian Airlines flight attendant. He had mentioned to me in October of 2002 about perhaps taking some ginko biloba to improve his memory (not mine). I do not take ginko biloba. I was just born with an elephant memory.
In the meantime, here's an article on ginko biloba:
PS: I lost a tshirt at a movie theater on Sunday July 23, 2006. I left it on the popcorn salt counter. It was because I was carrying too many things at that moment.

If you wrap the wallet backwards so the sticky part is facing out you could stick it to your forehead. then you will never have the problem of loosing it.
