    Yes. Horses, rhinos and tapirs all belong to the Perissodactyla, or odd-toed ungulates (ungulates are hoofed mammals).

    Yes, on two levels. First, they share a fairly recent common ancestor as Perissodactyls... but also, don't forget that ALL organisms share some common ancestor. Any two organisms you want to pick.
