My dodge cavalier rear window defogger went out, I checked the fuse and found nothing wrong?

How can I fix this problem?

    those also have a relay switch for them in the relay center located under the hood those go bad a lot on dodges ,check that ,it may be whats causing that,also check where the wires connect to the rear window they can get pulled off sometimes or broken,also have someone check the switch to make sure its actually working,good luck,and have a good new years.

    Take A Volt Meter,, Set It On DC volts,See If You Have 12volts Going To your defogger at The Window ,If you have the 12volts at the connection at the window check the connections carefully.

    If you don't something else is wrong . There is a black relay in a box under the hood ,If you or someone that knows what to do ,you might check there for voltage.The relay should be marked defogger , If the coating making up the little wires in the window are damaged , That's a whole nother problem

    It is also possible that the foil tape on the window became torn. Check for any breaks in that. If you find one, there are repair kits available.

    My husband says there's also a plug at the window that it requires to work. If this is cut or disturbed in any way it won't work either. Good luck.
