try the mountain area in western New Jersey. I have a friend who lives near Vernon and Highland Lakes in the mountains. We drove over by Dingmans Ferry PA. Beautiful, just beautiful......

Yes, Northern Ny is a good place to ski but, try Vermont it is really nice. go to google and type both in.
