how do I send international email from USA? Do I need international yahoo?
I would like to send email to friends in Phillippine Islands but I keep receiving failure notices that say my friend has no account with yahoo. I know they have yahoo addresses.

No, you don't need any international yahoo. You can send email right from your account in yahoo. Maybe your friends don't check their email frequently and so this has made their email accounts in yahoo be automatically cancelled or deleted.

You can use your regular yahoo. I do it all the time cuz I have friends and family in the Philippines.You probably keep getting failure notices because you entered an invalid email
