my computer got 'malware' adware on it, and i want to get it off. its very annoying?

To clean your machine of spyware I suggest 2 programs. Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware. These programs will be most effective if you run them in Safe Mode. On many computer you can get there by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as soon as your computer starts to boot. Then use your arrow keys to select Safe Mode.

My computer was really slow and had tons of issues. I got antispywarebot and regclean. Now its a lot faster. Free programs really don't work to well. AntiSpywareBot offers a free scan but you need to pay $20 to remove all of the issues. Its worth every penny in my opinion.
