i dont mean to hate, jay-z is a fantastic rapper. but he is a little too cocky and sure of himself outside rapping and i really lost a lot of respect over him when he f***** up roca-fella for his selfish ambitions....

Jermaine Dupri is the top canidate. And the thing ALOT of you do not know is that Jay Z did not choose to step down. Def Jam decided not to renew his contract, therefore if he did not step down, he would have been fired.
