Next purchase a book and/or consult with a mentor who has successfully implemented this very rourtine.
Get answers to your most challenging situations at school at home and on the job. Often a few adjustments is all that's needed.
Make a Schedule
Make a schedule that includes those important things you plan to do in 2008 and let everyone know what you priorities are. Get them to help you and remind you.
Avoid falling into the Dissapointment Zone
Know that you will forget, you will make mistakes and you will fail now an then. Don't use this as an excuse to give up and resort to old habits. Learn from them and be ready to counter-act when the situation arises again.
Learn to enjoy the results of getting up a little earlier, making a schedule, writing a budget and advance planning.
When you learn to enjoy the results it's easier to stay on target and improve your life.
