The one's at CVS work great if you follow the instruction making the chocolate. I went to CVS today and most of those items like that are 50% off. Think about getting 2 and putting white chocolate in one and dark in the other. Try Kraft foods website for party recipes. Good luck happy new year

My brother actually bought the one in CVS for his girlfriend for Christmas. It's a decent size for a few people, but not big enough for a New Years Party. It really depends how many people you invite. The fountain from CVS also does not bring chocolate, you have to order it online. For about $20 more. So either way you're going to spend about $50.

no its fine if you plan on having like 30 people or so you dont have to order special chocolate just use chocolate chips and add oil i want to say its one cup chips to 2/3 cup oil all u do is melt the chocolate in a dubble broiler or microwave for a few stir in the oil and put it in the fountain

I'd go with a fondue pot instead. Fountains are cool but they have to be maintained. That is to say you have to keep adding melted chocolate to keep it flowing and it has to be good quality chocolate or else it will gum up and stop flowing. If you went with a fondue pot with a ceramic insert you'd do far less babysitting and more enjoying time with your guests.

Hi, you could proberly get them alot cheaper now in the sales, in the uk we have some for around £15.

one warning tho, if you do get one you will need loads of chocolate. my neice got one for christmas and 800grams of chocolate was still not quite enough. it was rather yummy tho

...they sell mini ones in Rosebys for £10, but that's in England.

I wouldn't get one, it would be very difficult to clean and could get hairs and dust inside it during the party, NOT VERY NICE :)
