Is it ok to delete Temperary Internet Files along with Cookies on ones PC?

If so, how do I delete them? thanks.

    These are ok to delete as they only serve as to showing on sites you have been on. So if they were to be deleted you would no longer have any browsing history which shows up on google and such like. By deleting these saved passwords on websites may also be deleted.

    firefox= tools - clear private data

    IE= tools - delete browsing history

    yes. cookies can actaully be viruses, every time you visit a website, a cookie is downloaded for certain things to run, basically the same thing for temperary internet files, i do this all the time, it doesnt change anything

    You can delete cookies in Firefox by

    Tools > options > privacy

    and then clear private data and also cookies...

    internet options/browsing history-delete/next menu-delete all
