Have you tried using System Restore? It should work. If not, you could use System Recovery. It'll reset your computer back to the way it was when you first got it. I don't know if we have the same kind of pc, but you should have those options. Regardless, try this just in case;
Go to Start,
All Programs,
Hewlett-Packard,
hp pc pavilion tools,
hp pc system recovery. If you do use the Recovery, it'll get rid of all your 'extra' files, like pictures, music, messenger programs, stuff like that. I don't remember, but there may be an option in Recovery that keeps programs you've downloaded.
Sorry if I wasn't much help.

Many of those programs have a recovery built into them. You could also try a Windows system restore under Programs, Accesories, System tools, System Restore.
Try Iobit Advanced Windowscare or Ccleaner next time.

You have two options..
If your running Windows, under the start menu, go to all programs - accessories - system tools - system restore. Then follow the instructions.
OR
there should be an option in your registry cleaner to undo your last delete.

Go to programs, help and support, restore, and restore the system to a certain date. Viola! Your files and things should be where you left them, but that new program you installed might not be there.
I hope this helps
