Works completely. I received a free wiipoints card after about a day of doing the surveys, and they ship it from amazon. Just make sure you put the right address. Put a fake name and phone number and email address in the surveys, but put correct info for the actual site. They do not send you spam, only the survey sites would.
Oh and no viruses or spyware, don't worry. I talked to the actual owner guy, he's pretty nice.
