Any suggestions for a weight loss plan?

I'm 17, 203 pounds and 5'7". Any ideas on a food plan or exercise routine. Anything will be helpful. Thanks!

    i stopped eating for 2 and1/2 weeks and i lost 70 pounds and i eat regularly now and i have perfect figure

    Eat healthy! Fruits veges, the usual. Eat small meals throughout the day, not just 3 big ones. Eat about the size of your fist. Exercise 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. good luck

    6 small meals daily, lots of water, and at least 30 minutes of cardio daily. get your metabolism up and the weight will fall off!
