Who thinks that Billy Ray Cyrus can sing?f?
I don't think that he can sing worth a lick. HIs daughter has a great voice so evidently she didn't get her voice from him.
Do you like Billy Ray Cyrus or not?:
He talks most of his songs instead of singing them. The reason that I asked this is because he is doing a thing on CMT now.

I think Billy Ray Cyrus has a good voice. It's not the best voice in country music, but the songs he sings match his voice really well. I quite enjoy his new song-Ready, Set, Don't Go.

Billy Ray Cyrus has a wonderful voice. If you need proof I would suggest listening to his song Some Gave All.

Evidently you haven't been listening to Billy Ray Cyrus. He had some great songs, "She's not crying anymore", "Somebody New", Achy, Breaky, heart, "Some Gave All", and many more. Yes, he can sing.
