No the word hookers is not in the song Rockstar by Nickelback. That is my favorite songs and I listen to it over and over and never once heard the word hookers in place of girls in the unedited version

I have the CD, and the word "hooker" isn't in the lyrics on the CD. They may have said it at a live show somewhere, but not on the studio version.

Although they do say that the girls come easy... which indicates that they aren't exactly the morally upstanding young women that people associate with church groups... Doesn't mean they're hookers, though.

I think there are 3 versions (album, radio and unedited).

I heard an unedited version on satellite radio that said "the girls come easy and the hookers come cheap" but the album version is below:
