If your talking about eczema, then moisturizing is key. Moist skin wont be so irritated and then be itchy. you can also use 1% hydrocortisone ointment or cream to the affected areas only for a week to see if it feels better. It would be good to have a doctor check it out to make sure its not something else going on there, like an infection or something.

Well, Im not sure what you are talking about... so I will spell the word the way it sounds... is it Exima (egg-se-ma?) If it is try to use a courtozone cream on it. I have this on my hands and it helps greatly.

Don't be embarassesd to talk to your Dr. He or She has no doubt seen some wild stuff, so a rash is probably not going to raise an eyebrow.
